The allegations against Josh Duggar are things that happened when he was 14. He is an adult father now. The sin happened a long time ago and he got help and his parents tried to do the best for him and even worked with the church. Satan attacks us and many of us have dealt with sexual sins. It happens and as Christians we can repent and get out of it and ask for forgiveness. We have a forgiving God. No one is perfect and things happen. Unfortunately the whole family is being demonized and people are cancelling their sponsorship. I am not saying that what he did was OK or acceptable but it was put to an end and God forgave him. Its over. Why keep punishing him and his family? I dont even watch the show but it is nice to know that a nice big family is on TV and everyone in the family knows they are accountable for the things they do and are doing a great job on being as family oriented and trying to stay away from sin. So many unbelievers do outrageous things including Bruce Jenner but they don’t say anything about his perversions that he lives in. No one says anything about all the top stars who live like demonic possessed whores and pimps. People are instead praising and embracing sin but if a Christian on TV stumbles, they are all over them. I don’t watch Christian TV and anyone who appears on TBN should be avoided. I seriously don’t like the prosperity preaching on the TBN network but as far as the Duggars go on TLC, leave them alone, it was a long time ago and he is forgiven.
1 John 1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
1 John 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
1 John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us oursins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
